"Thornbirds" actor Ricjard Chameberlain, who rose to fame during the 1960s died on Sunday, March 30, a day before his 91st birthday. Chamberlain has appeared on multiple tv shows and movies and was best known for his lead role “Dr Kildare” in a medical drama titled “Shogun”.

Meanwhile, Hollywood star Val Kilmer died on Tuesday, April 1, at the age of 65, from pneumonia. Kilmer, who tasted leading-man stardom as Jim Morrison and Batman, was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2014 and later recovered. 

Renowned actor Richard Chamberlain has died at the age of 90.
