In a heartfelt caption accompanying the artwork, she explained that the album's title is an informal expression that means “doing something unpleasant or painful because it is necessary, even though you would like to avoid it".
She further elaborated that the album explores themes of overcoming fears, confronting challenging situations, and ultimately forcing oneself to face difficulties.

“Bite the Bullet is a self confrontation and a showcase of my personal resilience throughout my journey and life experiences that shaped who I am today. I chose to display that in the best way I knew how, which is through my music,” she wrote.
