The Corona Sunsets Festival is set to be an event to remember. The concert, aimed at music and food lovers, is described as a safe paradise to enjoy your Saturday afternoon.
The talented Timo ODV is on the line-up and will be mixing his tunes for those who are fans of his successful music.
Timo, whose real name is Timothy Oude Vrielink, said he would be doing all things techno for the event. His tunes include hits like Dancing Again and I Need You.
“I realised I had an ear for music when I was really young. I used to make mix-tapes for my mates in school." Now it takes him anything from three hours to three months to produce a beat.
Timo will be performing alongside DJ Fresh, Vinny Da Vinci, Euphonik, Masters at Work, DJ Maphorisa and DJ Kenzhero among many other local and international DJs on two dance floors.
Multi-talented doctor making his mark on music scene
Corona marketing manager Yithi Zulu said the event was different from many others.
He said the line-up was chosen based on how the artists influenced the local market, adding that "breathtaking music and content" was key in choosing which acts would fit the event.
“Festivalgoers can look forward to a brand new venue in the heart of Sandton. Our international artists Camelphat, Kungs and Masters At Work have never been to South Africa so they will be putting up a memorable performance. We also have a brand new stage which will be unveiled at the festival.”
Last-minute tickets are available for R550 at corona.nutickets.co.za
