Sometimes more than enough just isn't nearly enough.
Take the Mercedes-Benz E63 AMG S with its 5.5-litre twin-turbo V8 pushing an already tyre-shredding 430kW and 800Nm. If for whatever reason you find it a tad underpowered, Väth offers a solution.
The German tuner has tinkered with the turbocharger and ECU and has installed a new exhaust system and the end result is maximum outputs of 552kW and 1000Nm - giving it the twisting force of AMG's twin-turbo V12! For those with a 'tamer' disposition, a 500kW kit is also available.
There's no word on the extent to which acceleration is improved, but Väth does list a top speed of 350km/h so those new racing brake pads should come in handy.
Väth has so far only shown its E63 creation in Estate guise and the wagon has been treated to some show-off brawn in the form of 20-inch alloys as well as a Väth-badged grille, carbon front splitter and rear diffuser.
The tuner has also lowered the car by 40mm.
