It is one of the biggest derbies in the football world, and South African fans cannot get enough of it.

Orlando Pirates are the home team for next Saturday’s Soweto Derby against Kaizer Chiefs at the FNB Stadium, and announced on Friday that all 82 000 grandstand tickets have already been sold out.

If any Buccaneers or Amakhosi fans still want to attend the match, they will have to move fast.

Pirates said on their website on Friday that there are only 4 000 hospitality tickets still available.

There are only premium packages still available, which are R3 130 excluding VAT and R5 955 excluding VAT, including a prime position, fine dining and bar, SAIL bookings manager Mmatshepo Malope told IOL Sport on Friday.

Pirates said that gates will open at 11am for the 3.30pm kickoff, and all spectators are urged to arrive early.

No access will be given to anyone without a ticket.

But before that, both Giovanni Solinas’ Chiefs and Milutin Sredojevic’s Pirates are involved in Telkom Knockout action this weekend.
